How does billing work?

You are charged the panel price when you start, then once a month on the same date until you cancel. The price is the sum of your four compounds minus 10%.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. Log in to My Account, open Subscriptions and cancel before your next billing date. There is no cancellation fee.

Can I change the compounds?

Yes. Message us before your next shipment with the compounds you want and we will update your panel.

Which payment methods work?

Monthly panels are billed by card so they can renew automatically. One-time orders in the shop can also use crypto.
